Carla Fatio is a  researcher in Latin American Studies, also contemporary visual artist, with a CV of 20 years of exhibitions. She acts  voluntarily in art-educational actions, and creative and sustainable entrepreneurship, cultural segments. Her name is inserted in several international art dictionaries.

Carla Fatio is also Art and Culture consultant with a Phd Degree in Sciences (Communication and Culture field), with emphasis on Critical and Cultural Production by University of São Paulo-USP/PROLAM. Also Masters Degree in Teaching and Learning in Arts by UNESP.  Fatio acts as a College professor invited. Also she is a member of the research group of Phd Professor Lisbeth Rebollo Gonçalves Ruth (USP), and on the Board of SINAPESP-AIPA/UNESCO (2016-2020).
She used to be a consultant in Visual Arts for the Latin America IDB (Inter American Developing Bank), in the program "Culture Factories" as Visual Specialist, between 2002to2006; and for 10 years (2006to2016), Executive Assessor to Abaçaí Cultura e Arte - Social Organization to the State Secretariat of Culture of São Paulo.
